Apparently the boy needs more naps. I’ve re-introduced a third nap and that seems to be helping at night…I am in the ‘whatever works’ camp, so if it means we have to hang out at home more, then that’s what we’ll do. I will do anything to not have more crazy nights like we had all last week.

The new routine: 2 hour morning nap, 2 hour afternoon nap, 1 hour late afternoon nap, bed at 7:30, dream feed at 10pm, wake and walk around 12am, wake and feed around 3am, wake up at 7:30am. This in manageable. A takes the ‘wake and walk’ shift and I the feed shift. It’s almost like we’re sleeping through the night!
