A. and I rode our bikes to our local farm where we buy a share. With this we get a weekly veggie pick up and unlimited access to pick-your-own flowers, herbs, berries, beans, and tomatoes (my favorite). At this point most of the veggies are still growing (but I can not wait for the tomatoes to start ripening so I can get to canning and salsa making – if I really get serious, we’d have enough to get us through late winter). This year I am going to learn how to make tomatillo salsa. We left with some flowers and there are tons of pictures on my Flickr.
