1. Everything takes longer to do.
2. Everything make me tired.
3. I reject the medicalization of pregnancy and childbirth. Everyone that doesn’t tries to push What to Expect When You’re Expecting down my throat. Seriously, everyone asks if I have it. I am ready to get a copy so I can say yes and move on…
4. Food is the most important thing right now.
5. People always ask me how I am feeling and touch my belly.
6. Did I mention I am tired?

LOL! And it’s only going to get worse…
Don’t get What to Expect. It’s not worth it.

Did someone say tired? I second that! And food? The last few days I’ve noticed that I’m hungry like every 2 hours. Crazy.

I imagine you could get a used copy of What to Expect… really cheap. That is if they haven’t all been thrown into fires all across the country. It was really helpful when pregnancy info was scarce… because there is a little bit of everything in there. But since you have access to the internet and all these wonderful people…

I got a used copy of What To Expect for about $3. It’s only good for those weird questions you get about bizarre symptoms, cause they’re all in there. Like I was very breathless in the first trimester, and that’s in there but not in any of my lovely natural books. So much of that book gives me the shits, but it is good for those weird things.
Whatever you do, get stuck into your iron supplement now. I was feeling sooooo tired and ill towards the end of the pregnancy and when I had my iron screening done I’d used up nearly all the iron from my marrow because I was sooooo depleted. Once I started supplementing I felt a bit better. Don’t get as low as I was or it will make things hard for you sweetie.
